Beeds is a Canadian small business specializing in handcrafted gemstone jewelry. Each piece is handmade to order, and natural variations in gemstones and materials are part of the uniqueness and character of every design.

3. Product Information
We do our best to provide accurate product descriptions and photographs. Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry and the use of natural gemstones, slight variations in colour, pattern, texture, and size may occur. These variations are not considered defects.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment providers. Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment has been received in full.
Beeds reserves the right to update pricing, product details, or discontinue products at any time without notice.
5. Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped from Canada. Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays, customs processing, weather, or carrier issues outside of our control.
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Returns and Repairs
Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, all sales are final.
If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Approved craftsmanship-related issues within 60 days of purchase may qualify for repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability
Beeds is not liable for any damages, injuries, losses, or reactions arising from the use or misuse of our products, including but not limited to allergic reactions, improper handling, accidental damage, or normal wear over time.
