How do I choose the right bracelet size?
To find your perfect fit, measure your wrist snugly with a measuring tape or piece of string, then add 0.25 to 0.5 inches for comfort—depending on how you like your bracelet to sit.
Here’s our sizing guide:
- Small: 6.5"
- Medium: 7.0"
- Large: 7.5"
- Extra Large: 8.0"
If your wrist measures 6.75", a Medium (7.0") would be a good fit. If you're between sizes, size up for a looser feel or down for a snugger one.

What materials are used in your bracelets?
Each Beeds bracelet is handcrafted with care using a thoughtful blend of natural gemstones, porous lava stone, and sustainably sourced wood beads such as Gmelina and Rosewood. We use 14k gold-plated accents to add warmth and elegance to every design.
Because we work with natural materials, you may notice slight variations in colour, texture, or pattern. These unique characteristics are part of what makes each piece one of a kind.
Will my bracelet look exactly like the one in the photos?
Not exactly and that’s part of the beauty.
We use natural gemstones, lava stone, and wood beads, which means each bracelet carries its own unique colour patterns, textures, and tones. While we stay true to each design’s overall look, slight variations in bead colour, grain, and placement may occur, especially in sizes that require more or fewer beads.
Think of it as a reflection of nature itself: no two are exactly alike, and that’s what makes yours truly one of a kind.
Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship from?
We ship from Canada.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we do. At this time, outside of Canada we ship to Barbados.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary based on location & shipping option chosen:
• Canada: 3-10 business days
• Barbados 6-12 business days
How much does shipping cost?
Canada:
• Tracked standard shipping is available, with costs depending on your location.
• Spend $100 or more and enjoy free tracked shipping.
Barbados:
• Tracked standard shipping is available for $18 BBD.
• Spend $100 or more and enjoy free tracked shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each bracelet is handmade to order with natural materials, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.
That said, your happiness means everything to us. If there’s an issue with your order, such as damage or receiving the wrong item. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
We’re a small business, and we appreciate your understanding and support.
What if my bracelet breaks?
We want your bracelet to last and bring you joy for years to come. If it breaks within 30 days of purchase due to a defect in materials or craftsmanship, we’ll gladly repair or replace it at no cost to you.
If your bracelet breaks after 60 days or from regular wear and tear, we offer the following repair options:
- Restringing (using your original beads): $8 CAD
- Full rebuild (if beads need to be replaced): $15 CAD+
In both cases, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Care & Maintenance
How do I take care of my bracelet?
To keep your bracelet looking its best, we recommend the following:
- Remove before showering, swimming, or washing hands to protect the integrity of the elastic and gold-plated accents.
- Keep away from perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals that may cause discolouration over time.
- When not in use, store in a soft pouch or jewelry box to prevent scratches or stretching.
- If your bracelet contains lava or wood beads, apply oils sparingly to those beads only, and allow time to absorb before wearing.
Each piece is handcrafted with love, and with a little care, it’s made to journey with you for years to come.
