Each Beeds piece is handcrafted with care, intention, and natural materials. Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, all sales are final.

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing selected at checkout, or normal wear over time.

If your piece arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@beeds.ca with your order number and clear photos of the item.

If your bracelet breaks due to a craftsmanship issue within 60 days of purchase, please reach out and we will gladly review the situation. Approved cases may qualify for a repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.

Please note that natural gemstones may vary slightly in colour, pattern, and appearance, making each piece unique.
